My buddy Holly Miller and I shot and edited these visuals to her song “Lazy Love” last week in pretty much one marathon session.

Music and on-camera appearance by Holly, visuals by Jeff (Canon 5D Mark II).

Back home in D.C. Half of my house has the echo of empty wood-floors. My brother moved up to a new place in NYC this week and we’re renting out our house starting Sept. 1st. I’ll probably float between NYC and DC for a couple months before I decide where to settle – nice to change things up!

Thanks mom for digging out the Superman cape you made for me when I was 4 years old so that I could wear it again 26 years later to celebrate turning 30…nice stitch job…you think it’ll still fit when I’m 56?

(And Josh, next time, try not to poke yourself in the eye with your iPhone.)

If only I hadn’t cooked those countries…

Posted in General, Writing on May 30th, 2008 by Jeff Hutchens

God bless Google translation…always a fun time.

Here’s a “translated” piece of an article that just came out after a media interview I did last week in Shanghai…

“A diplomat father, the Jiefu Ha Qiesen, is a good thing and bad: good in the same age who only know that their parents Zhuaizhao the trouser legs to Tang Chi, he can follow his father travel around the world, broaden their vision; The bad is that he cooked some of the many countries, but not very mature, so as long as it is to leave the United States, on the road, or to other countries, who could not help but he will be in the hearts and initiation of “outsiders” awareness.”

If you miss Max Headroom and want to hear people talking about photos check out the World Press Photo 2008 Award Interviews. Look for the polar bear (top row, far right) for my interview. I think the little magnifying glass is pretty cool.

Being at the World Press Awards in Amsterdam was amazing. All the World Press staff was awesome– looking forward to seeing them again at the New York exhibition opening in a few weeks!
